Hi! Thanks soooo much for watching. Old Bay is a blend of spices you may purchase at most supermarkets. Green seasoning is a blend of fresh ingredients like onion, thyme etc click here to see my video kzitem.info/news/bejne/mK-j14idbZForKAsi=Mdp9JgImBlmwgMCb

Does the seafood stay tender... just worried that the seafood will get overcooked if it goes in before rice.
@JerenesEats

1. You may add the seafood later on if you like. 2. You may also saute the seafood and add to the rice at the end. 3. You may use larger pieces if seafood that would take longer to cook

I just came across your video. Did you cook the rice before adding it to the pot? I cooked it and it came out like a saucy rice dish. Still delicious. I just wanted to know of the rice was cooked

The rice is rinsed several times to remove any excess starch. Then you add it to the liquid.

Do you cook the rice separately first? Sorry if it’s a silly question but first time making it
@JerenesEats

You could do that, however I like to cook it together so that the rice gets all that seafood flavour 😁
