I just made the Hawaiian Chicken!! I made extra sauce, used 3/4 of it to marinate the chicken, peppers & pineapple before I put them in the oven, then added a couple of tablespoons of the pineapple juice from the can to the leftover sauce & drizzled it over the Hawaiian Chicken Rice bowls and everyone is LOSING THEIR MINDS! It's so goooooood - Thank you, Christine

I actually prefer using garlic powder than minced in roasting because it sticks to the food better and doesn't burn.

"I just don't use much garlic powder..." Cue my jaw hitting the floor. Around here, a bottle of garlic powder lasts a month, if we're lucky. If you need some seasonings that incorporate garlic powder, I've got 'em! lol Great recipes, and I'm absolutely going to use them; the salmon looks particularly good, but so does the non-skewer chicken. Can't wait!

Yummy! Next time you use raw garlic in a recipe that also calls for an acid (like vinegar or lemon juice), marinate the garlic in the acid for ten minutes before adding the other ingredients. It takes the kick out of it! Learned this from a hummus recipe 😋

Thrive market has been a godsend for my grandparents, she is a retired nurse and my grandfather served my country for 37 years. They both have ptsd to a degree, but he’s very uncomfortable in most social environments and thrive makes it so easy for them to get their shopping, without having to go out in public.

Recipes look great! Tip: Orson Gygi's in SLC sells parchment sheets that are cut to fit those sheet pans. They come in packs of 100, and my life would be incomplete without them. They're perfect, because you don't have to try to rip off sheets from a roll, and they fit edge to edge. Super dreamy...I highly recommend. :)

I like making your recipes, and my kids absolutely love the belly button soup. It's really good. But is there someone who can update your recipes on your website? I see a lot of recipes on your channel that aren't written out on your website, and it would be easier if I could get them on your website rather than going back and trying to find the video that had a recipe I'd like to try. Please and thank you!

Always love watching your cooking videos! I'm all for making life easier in the kitchen and sheet pan dinners are a good way to do it. These recipes all look yummy! By the way, as a linguist, I would ask that you do pronounce the 'v' in voilà. Also, your friend is correct about the pronunciation of bruschetta, because 'ch' in Italian is pronounced like a 'k', however the other pronunciation seems to be widely accepted. I just have to learn to cover my ears! LOL!

The Hawaiian chicken looked bomb!💣 The only one I 🤨 was the huevos rancheros 😅 that’s such an easy and fast dish to make authentic style, a sheet pan seems unnecessary. As long as you can multi task, you can fry the eggs and tortillas at the same time (separate pans) and the salsa roja is just fresh tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeño, water and salt (a pinch of chicken bouillon seasoning is my secret ingredient) liquified in a blender. You can serve the salsa raw or simmer it on the stove. To serve it goes fried tortilla on the plate, fried egg on top the tortilla, top with salsa roja and queso fresco. My family prefer black beans on the side 😋 I’ve also made it where I dipped the soft/warm corn tortilla in the salsa then fried it, then topped with egg and more salsa.

I make something similar to the Hawaiian chicken but I use onion versus green onions and added broccoli florets. I make mine in a large skillet but I like the sheet pan idea better. I was serving it over rice but last time I switched it up and added cooked fettuccine noodles which sounds odd but they are similar to a wide Asian noodle but much cheaper. I liked it much more than over rice.
