Today I’ll be sharing an easy steamed pork recipe. This recipe is very healthy and takes only 15-20 minutes to make. I have this when I want something warm, comforting and I don’t feel like doing a lot of washing up
Ingredients 材料:
350+/- grams minced pork 350+/-克猪肉碎
1 bunch coriander 35 grams 35克香菜
Seasoning 调味料:
4 cloves garlic, minced 4 瓣大蒜,切碎
1/8- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8- 1/4 茶匙盐
1 tablespoons oyster/abalone sauce (if you use oyster sauce, reduce salt)1汤匙鲍鱼酱/蚝油 (如果用蚝油,就减少盐的用量)
1 tablespoons light soy sauce 1汤匙生抽
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine 1汤匙绍兴酒
Pinch of sugar 少许糖
1 teaspoon cornstarch 1茶匙玉米淀粉
