Do you refrigerate your apples to prevent stickiness? Or do you ever experience stickiness? Because I do 😩 . Like I don’t know why. They are so pretty but stick to the bag after a few hours. That’s my only issue.

I place them in packaging after dipping and refrigerate them once I’m done packaging them..Try Hi-They say that’s really good it’s a powder corn syrup

@@TheAppleBoss100 Hello, sometimes I use the 4-1-1 or the 6-4-1 . Also, I noticed the west you Candy mixer is flowing and like almost a water consistency. Mine on the other doesn’t have that consistency I can do about 5/6 small apples then it’s too thick.

@cherrywilliams1967 try taking the temp to 305 see how that works out u can also use a cool metal cook pan that’s what I use most of the time

Juice from the apple when applying your candy apple sticks.. When you apply your sticks remove the moisture at the top with a paper towel..Double check before dipping.
