😂😂😂😂😂 I love Bella's Cafe.. I love your husband ..he has this dry humor and then he burst out laughing. I especially like the one episode when he said I feel like you ate half of it.😂😂 I am so glad that you two are married and you make an absolutely beautiful couple. I have been making tuna cakes and salmon cakes and chicken cakes for years because I am older than you.. I love your group and would like to join but of course I'm older and I don't know how to work technology.. so I just watched your videos on KZitem😢

A 20 min sauna is scientifically proven to have positive health benefits. And probably the single best therapy for your heart, circulatory system, Alzheimer's prevention and longevity. Cold plunges are good for dopamine release but that's about it. How ever, a cold shower, or a roll in the snow after a sauna feels amazing.

Hi Bella from UK. I'm on day 110 and down 30lb. No more heart palpitations, fibromyalgia as eased a little, migraines gone, arthritis as eased a little, brain fog and confusion as gone! Just had my bloodwork all good apart from low vitamin D and Doctor said my cholesterol was too high at 9.2 ! She wanted me on statins and I've refused! Can I ask what number on average will someones cholesterol number be on carnivore diet? I eat Beef , eggs and butter and drink water and one decaf coffee with butter a day! Sometimes I have lamb and venison when in season! These guns patties look deliscious !

I've been very ill and too weak to stand up in kitchen just eating leftovers. Today feeling a bit stronger so cooked tin red salmon mixed with 2 eggs. However the moxture was runny so i poured it into my 4 piemaker appliance. They came out perfectly formed patties. The piemaker is great for all sorts of patties esp if you have a runny mix. Also so easy to clean up with no stick surface.

I just love your relationship! I’ve followed you now for a year or so. Glad you made it to Vegas! Lived there for 34 years. Yes the heat differences in the summer from A/C to outside are intense. You mentioned thermal therapy. I’ve heard it’s supposed to shock your body and make your immune system work. However like you, Bella, cold is not my friend. I love living in the desert. My joints don’t hurt as bad. Love this recipe and look forward to trying it out with my hubby. Take care, welcome to Nevada and many blessings to you both! PS yes the desert is buggy! I get bitten a lot too where my guy does not. Be well. ❤

I think I’ll be trying the recipe you made for yourself Bella. I will add salt but I like that you were able to form the Pattie’s without the panko. I didn’t think they would hold together as well as yours did. And I also love cooking things in my air fryer. Super easy and everything turns out crispier. I’ll let you know how mine turn out. FYI I prefer albacore bumble bee tuna. I’m sure it’s not as environmentally friendly as wild planet but I like the texture the best. Very meaty.

I literally laughed out loud when you said that AC "is bad for the joints and the bones and also for the feet."🤣 I grew up hearing that all the time in my Russian culture. And yet Russia is also famous for their banya (sauna) traditions that involves cooling off in the snow or a cold river🤔And yes, every time we experienced an extreme temperature change, we also became sick! What about drafts? Those seem to give every one a back ache or joint pain...

Cold showers completely reset hubby and I circadian rhythm. We both had insomnia, him worse that I. He didn't come to bed until 5 in the morning most nights and then had to be up at 9 for work. Went on for decades like that until we started cold showering once a day. I am usually down for sleep by 10pm and him 11. The cold has also done wonders for my muscle spasms, I don't have them or migraines as often which were caused from a car roll over. I struggle greatly with heat and always have.

Ok, I just tried this today, except I switched out the tuna for crab meat instead (not a big fan of tuna.) I also used shredded mozarella cheese instead of the raw cheese. I didnt have any beef tallow, so I used butter to grease the pot. HOLY CRAP!! It was so freaking amazing! It didnt taste pork rindy like I thought - in my opinion it TASTES BETTER than the regular old crab cake! So good! And the simple sour cream/hot sauce dip - MAGNIFICO!! I am absolutely going to make this again - and lots more - taking a couple of cakes to work tomorrow too!! :-)Thanks SBG!! :-)

Looks so good. You should visit Lake Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes while you’re in Vegas. It’s so beautiful in the winter actually. Mammoth Lakes has a couple of hot springs. Tried to go but once got to the location it was a walk the rest of the way. Didn’t have the proper snow boots or snow pants to walk it out. So if you do go make sure you have proper bottoms and boots to walk. It’s probably 15 minutes from parking area. We went in the winter so it was definitely lots of snow. Don’t know about now. But I could visit both places all year round it’s so amazing.
