Here is a very easy recipe for white chocolate ganache. It holds up really nicely in hot weather on your cakes. Use dairy cream, do not use whipy whip or any other similar whipping cream which is already sweet, it will make your ganache extra sweet and will also make it sticky, and it will be harder to get sharp edges.
Here are the ingredients:
White chocolate 350g
Dairy Cream 100g
Butter 150g
Butter helps in making your ganache stiff and also helps in making it smooth. Do NOT skip butter.
