It was refreshing to hear your explanation of how the seated forward bend has the potential to cause lower back issues! I once practised and really enjoyed this stretch until I got hurt!! What I practised here today loosened up my Quadratus Lumborum muscle which had been plaguing me for weeks!! A few months ago, I subscribed to a brain training platform and have learned a lot of useful scientific and practical information on how to re-regulate the nervous system! I can see that you have incorporated a hint of somatic awareness and trauma release movement into this video too! Amazing! What a wonderful inspiration you are for those who seek peace, love and wisdom! (and release)! You are truely a brother from another mother! ❤

Thank you deeply for your heartfelt words! I'm so sorry to hear about your past experience with the seated forward bend, but I'm glad that the practices you explored today have provided some relief for your Quadratus Lumborum muscle. It's wonderful to hear that you've found value in somatic awareness and trauma release movements, as they can indeed be powerful tools for healing and restoring balance to the body and mind. It's also inspiring to hear about your journey with brain training and how it has contributed to your understanding of nervous system regulation. Integrating various practices and knowledge is key to holistic well-being, and I'm grateful to have played a small part in your path toward peace, love, and wisdom. Your support and kind words mean the world. Let's continue to walk this journey together, supporting each other along the way. Sending you abundant love and light! ❤️🙏

Thanks Michael for creating this! I just read your message from Udemy (currently taking both your Qi Gong & Breath is Life course) and head over to your KZitem channel. Been suffering from this nagging lower back pain that crept down to the legs, and that butt stretch totally nail it and gave it a tad of relieve! Will try to do this everyday! Finding you on Udemy is a God's sent. Love your clear instructions with much loving kindness to it. Please keep on doing what you do, and my heartfelt thanks!
