Cook up a delicious and simple breakfast with out Registered Dietitian that's packed with protein!
Here's what you need:
- Your favorite veggies
- Turkey bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- Plain oatmeal
- Unsweetened almond Milk
Optional: Parmesan cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions:
- Separate your egg white and set aside.
- Place a medium sized pan on your cooktop and saute your veggies and turkey bacon.
- Prepare your oatmeal by adding the oats to a bowl. Following the measurement of oats and almond milk needed for a single serving of oatmeal, then add in your egg white. - Heat in the microwave according to oatmeal directions. Ensure the egg whites are cooked through before serving
- Fry your egg on your cooktop. Then layer your cooked veggies and proteins on top of your oatmeal.
Delish Tip: Top with some parmesan cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning for added flavor!
