Love the idea of e book!!!! Please make more what I eat in a day and grocery hauls!!! I love those!! They are the most helpful with my eating disorder! Can you do a video and include how to start eating during the day and not save calories for at night which is then a full on binge. I don’t know how to just ….”pick a day” and start eating breakfast when I’m hsed to waiting until 9pm to eat all of my days worth of calories 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I like your ideas for the e-book...I need all the ideas I can get on iced coffee. I tend to always gravitate to what I've done before rather than trying something new. (I do that at restaurants too...I want to try something new, but I don't 🤪). Breakfast today was 2 eggs (fried), 2 pieces of bacon, 1/2 English muffin, and strawberries. When done I felt a little too full. I needed the carb to help support my blood sugar with the protein.
