250g rice
100g pork belly
2 to 4 cloves of garlic
1/2 long green onions
10g lard
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Ajiba (or Somi Shantan chicken soup stock)
sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tbsp sake
1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
Remove the core of the garlic and slice thinly. Cut green onions into small pieces. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
Add a little of the sauce to the pan and add the meat.
Add lard to the pan and fry garlic over low heat to release its aroma. Remove the garlic when it turns golden brown.
(4) Turn the heat up to high and add the egg and rice, stirring over high heat. Season with salt and pepper and Weibar, and stir-fry the green onions and garlic.
Add salt, pepper and Weibar.
5) Serve with grilled rice and top with meat.
