I recently had the chance to try some amazing dishes from Southern India during my trip to Kerala. I was excited to try out some of the local favorites and I was not disappointed!

First up was Kadala curry, a delicious and spicy black chickpea curry that was perfect for breakfast. It was served with fluffy puttu, which was the perfect combination.
Next, I had the chance to try dosa and sambar, which is a traditional South Indian breakfast dish. The dosa was crispy and had the perfect balance of savory and sour flavors. The sambar, a lentil-based vegetable stew, was the perfect accompaniment.
I also tried Nadan beef curry, which was a rich and flavorful curry made with tender beef and a blend of aromatic spices. It was served with parotta, which made it the ultimate comfort food.
Finally, I tried Karimeen Pollichathu, a grilled fish dish that was wrapped in banana leaves and marinated with a blend of spices. The fish was perfectly cooked and had a delicious smoky flavor that I can still taste.
Overall, my experience with Southern Indian cuisine was fantastic and I can't wait to explore more of the region's culinary delights.
