Thank you for uploading this info. Very helpful. Please note that they moved the ebay for business FB page to their regular FB Ebay page. I was able to get help and negative feedback removed last night.

I shipped on time to a customer that didn't read it was coming from China.... She left feed back saying the product shipped all over the country... Again out of my control ... I got the product shipped on time

Great Video! I have downloaded the templates and added the Feedback Guidelines. The last two times I tried to remove feedback, eBay phone support told me they could not remove feedback anymore and they directed me to the request feedback electronically. Does the template in the chat help or do you have any other guidance.

I have situation like buyer promise to remove feedback when refunding in full, but then never done after revision sent and ebay wouldn't remove this type of feedback. Will be nice to hear how to get removed in situations like that. Thank you

@ZIKAnalytics I tried contacting them numerous times, but unfortunately. This is my second time, and I'm afraid eBay won't remove the feedback. I think it's not fair for the eBay site to not remove feedback like that. It was agreed with the buyer before a full refund was given. So, guys, be careful with this type of buyer.
