Road Trip Alberta to Whistler Part Four - Ebiking to the Train Wreck
We went on a two week road trip with no plans except that Whistler was our destination to visit their son, Brandon. This is our second trip longer than a weekend in our new-to-us camper van. We had an incredible trip with many wonderful adventures.
Part four is an ebike trail ride from our campsite to the 1950s Train Wreck tourist attraction south of Whistler.
Part three is a 2-hour ebike ride to the five lakes of Whistler including a section of old growth forest, with our son Brandon as our guide.
Part two follows Hwy 3 through southern British Columbia, then north from Princeton to Cache Creek, and west on Hwy 99 to Whistler.
Part one began in southern Alberta and included an impromptu kayak paddle, drive through the rockies, down Columbia Valley, and a 57km ebike ride from Cranbrook to Kimberley in southern British Columbia.
In the fall of 2020 we purchased Volt Yukon 750 ebikes to explore places we wouldn’t otherwise experience.

We purchased Suvanna in 2021, a new-to-us 2003 Leisure Travel Van Freedom 2B to transport our ebikes on a Kuat 2.0 Bike Rack with a Pivot 2.0. We head out on ebike adventures with Suvanna whenever we get a chance.
