I've been battling high hamstring tendinopathy for about 8 months now. I continually get better, then regress. This is a routine my PT gave me to do, but it results in pain in the next 12-24 hours after. In my reading, there is pain to be expected with eccentric exercises. Should I continue or move to lesser strenuous exercises?

How to prevent feeling it in the calves? When I do this exercise, I feel it in my calves of the weaker leg or hamstring.
