Sorry, I made a mistake mentioning "Wellen's syndrome" when I talked about "peaked T-wave". I meant "DeWinter pattern" with peaked T-waves in v1~v6 indicating LAD occlusion.
Wellen's Syn. is a negative or biphasic T-wave in v2-v3 (also for LAD occlusion) :)
