hi. thank you for the video. May I ask why there's inverted t wave in some precordial leads and maybe aVL but not all of the leads (in type A WPW)?

If your question is: why is it inverted? Then it's because of the abnormal depolarisation (delta wave part) which leads to abnormal repolarisation. If the question is why is it seen in few leads and not others (usually precordial ones)? The placement of the electrodes of precordial leads on the chest which may play a role in the view of all these waves (mimics a rotation of the heart) and anatomy of the heart, so only those facing the abnormal area can sense the negative T-wave. Other electrodes sense the normal T-wave of the left ventricle. So there's no rule where to look for T-wave inversion in WPW. 😊
