Try 3/8 narrow kerf if you haven't already. I highly recommend the Oregon 90px for the 2511. You will need a bar, but keep the 3/8 sprocket. The carver eats up a bit of power, but is nice for finer pruning.

Would love to see some more vids on the actual porting process. Might take away some of your clients but I'm sure lots of people would appreciate it! haha

Trevor Babajan basic stuff. Widen and polish. Drop the jug, advance the timing. Tough to get into the little guy.

Saw Greater no clue what drop the jug means though, lol.

Trevor Babajan requires a lathe. This is more than just opening stuff up. It’s full blown porting with all new port timing numbers. Most people don’t understand any of that.

Ahhhh so this is legit ported then, lol. Not just giving it some better air flow.

I found adjusting the carb after doing the mods seems to be a bit more difficult than a normal carb. I removed the limiter caps but still tough to adjust. doesn't seem to be the normal style of carb. Did you have difficulties adjusting?

I agree. After porting it works like normal. But when stock adjusting does almost nothing

Where did you find .325 sprocket for the 2511? I only finds 1/4" and 3/8"

Hello dude, great vid and info 👍 I’ve got a little vid of mine with just an exhaust mod and the stihl 1/4 bar and chain setup, see what you think 👍

gerbutt looks like it cuts good. Would have been nice to see more cuts to make a better opinion on it. I went pretty conservative on the porting on mine. Also every chain I’ve ran on it was stock. I could get more out of it with better filing. Same with break in time. People seem to say after four tanks it starts to come alive. Only on about two.
