Very true for some things, but for saran wrap for instance you can buy beeswax food wrap, it's more expensive but it's reusable, so in the long run it's cheaper. Food for thought :)

I never understood the use for paper towels. Like here in India we just use cloth to clean up our counters that we wash later. Like literally costs nothing and lasts forever. And you can just use an old t shirt if you're being super eco friendly. As far as straws go. You don't need em just drink the fluid from the glass.

Regarding foil, most recycling centers do not accept USED aluminum foil. Do not recycle unless it is clean. Also, check with your local recycler if they accept foil to begin with.
