I just received my Delta 2 yesterday but the solar panels haven’t arrived yet. It was a Prime Day deal. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to this stuff so thanks for explaining things in a way I can understand. I purchased this combo as my introduction into solar power stations. Lots to learn.

Thanks mate. Hopefully the Solar panels arrive form you in the next day or two. Seriously, these things are super easy to use. There's a power on button to turn it on, and then each section has its own power button. Other than that I'm sure you will work it out in no time.

I’d love to add one of these to my camping and car setup however that price point is unreal when compared to a conventional generator! However over time of course it would make up for it when you consider fuel but nonetheless they are pricey

Completely off the subject. I have asked this question on a previous vid which I discovered after was an old one. My apologies . I notice that you use running rigs and paternoster rigs . What factors influence your choice of which rig to use? Does one type catch say more yellas or carp or Redfin?

@robbiefishing

Hi mate, I think that sounds about right. It is very hard to get 220. I have done it once. Even if you do get it exactly spot on, it's a matter of a couple of minutes before the sun moves and it goes down. If you think it's not charging properly make sure your panels are really clean, although I find that if I can get 170 to 180 I am happy with that.

@@robbiefishing I'd look into it. The wring connectors look the same as all other panels and I'm pretty sure when they add more panels on a boat they plug them into each other. The internal solar charging controller would be the only issue I think. If it's only rated to 220? I'm not sure but worth investigating. cheers.

Mate you should have accepted the new charging product. It's quite simple, the 12v cigarette socket 8n your car will ony put out about 15 amps. The unit they offered you will connect straight to your car battery and chrage the ecoflow straight from the alternator at a much higher amperage. Contact them and ask for the product, get an auto electrician to fit it or watch some videos on how to install it. Then you can easily do a product review by running the ecoflow to zero and then go for a drive up to Lake Buffalo or somewhere to see how long it takes to charge. Have you ever charged your phone in the car and noticed it takes ages, but at home in the house it will charge in under 30 minutes? Same thing. The cigarette socket just does not supply a big amount of amps.
@robbiefishing

Haha as much as I would love to own one, I just don't understand all of that technical stuff. It would look non authentic for me to try and talk about things that I don't really know about. 👍👍

@@robbiefishingyou don't need to understand more than the alternator puts out more amps than the cigarette socket. You just need to show how fast it charges from the cigarette socket compared to the other gadget.
