Welcome to this online panel discussion hosted by Si London hub on the theme of building ecosystems for systems change. The purpose of this event is to explore further the why, what and how of developing innovation ecosystems to address complex challenges and enable systems change.
We will do this through a discussion with two people who have long experience as ecosystem builders and who are both founders of organizations whose focus is ecosystem development. After learning about each speaker and what they do, we will discuss why we need ecosystem approaches, share examples, discuss the challenges and opportunities each has experienced and explore the role of collaboration.

Christina Tewes-Gradl
Founder and managing director of Endeva Christina is part of their team leading their work on systems innovation and ecosystem building. Christina is passionate about innovation with diverse players at the systems level.
Endeva enables inclusive systems innovations, supporting partners from all sectors to create systems that serve people and the planet, and to transform their own role towards these future systems. They provide the expertise, network, and methodologies to go from discovery to design and co-creation.
Thomas Kösters
Co-founder and managing director at DEEP Ecosystems. From supporting the entrepreneurship activities in the Technical University of Munich, to Microsoft start-up program manager, to working with EIT Digital, Thomas has over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs and ecosystem development.
DEEP Ecosystems helps to grow and connect ecosystems through there Ecosystem Accelerator Program, with over 250 alumni since 2018, they are one of the biggest ecosystem-builder communities in the world.
