In which I try to make an iconic Korean dish portable.
Recipe:
3/4 Cup Kimchi (pureed)
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp White Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Garlic
1/3 Cup Green Onions (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Roughly Chopped Kimchi (For texture)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Do not over mix.
Bake until they just start to become firm to the touch.
