You say that you feel bad because of how talented they were at such a young age to write the music and lyrics that you think you couldn't do, but we're all connected bro, and you're doing an amazing job helping keep this stuff alive. Also through you, you give fans who have listened to this stuff for years upon years a chance to re-live hearing it for the first time once again and bring back some of the emotions and memories tied to those times. Your excitement and vibes are catchy and adds fuel to the fire🔥 thats burning in all of the fans past and present who enjoy and find meaning in these songs that have helped so many of us over the course of our lives. So don't feel bad brother. They did their job and now you're doing yours 👍 and I'm sure I speak for many when I say that its appreciated 💯‼️ THANK YOU 🤘🎸🤘

Sabbath, the band that launched a genre. This "heavy" kind of sound was so new, and influenced innumerable bands that followed. This song came out in 1970. You wanted the band members ages at that time? Ok. Tony Iommi: Guitarist: 22 years old in 1970 Bill Ward: Drums: 22 years old in 1970 Geezer Butler: Bass: 21 years old in 1970 Ozzy Osbourne: Vocals: 22 years old in 1970. The band formed in 68'. :) How do they do it? Talent. Plus the will to do something new. Nothing more than that. I highly recommend the following songs; Paranoid, Iron Man, and Fairies Wear Boots off the same album. Oh your world is about to explode into a new dimension. Other great tracks, Sweet Leaf, N.I.B., The Wizard,

"Walpurgis is sort of like Christmas for Satanists. And to me, war was the big Satan", said bassist and lyricist Geezer Butler. "It wasn’t about politics or government or anything. It was Evil itself. So I was saying 'generals gathered in the masses / just like witches at black masses' to make an analogy. But when we brought it to the record company, they thought 'Walpurgis' sounded too Satanic. And that's when we turned it into 'War Pigs'.

@@italksh3t513 Black Sabbath is the band that invented metal, and is a great influence on Metallica. The guitarist lost the tips of his middle and ring finger of right hand( he's left handed, so his fret hand is right) when he was 17 by a metal sheet in factory, so he had to down tune the guitar and use thimbles to bend the strings easier, some say the heavy sound of metal came from that.

Yeay! I am number ¼-thousand liking this video! Anyway … It is no surprise that metal has such a history of being politically conscious; it came to be during the most politically engaged decade of modern history, and Black Sabbath was right in the middle of it when they exploded onto the scene. I believe it was an interview I heard with French (?) band Gojira, where one of them said that the first time he heard Black Sabbath, it scared the shit out of him, the darkness of it. Then came the eighties, and the cold war grew colder, and we got thrash metal’s politically enlightened bands such as Metallica and Megadeth (a title such as Peace Sells … But Noone’s Buying); then the nineties, where we got new bands like the rap metal anger of Rage Against the Machine, or angsty self-conscious and self-reflecting grunge band Nirvana; then came the noughties with anti-war bands like Five Finger Death Punch. Recommendations: FFDP with ‘Wrong Side of Heaven’. I’ve got friends who can’t watch it, because they have family who have been soldiers. It is painful, intelligent, musically powerful, and you will not forget your reactions from when you first see this video. kzitem.info/news/bejne/0JWimnWYbniDqoI And again: Pain of Salvation (‘Rope Ends’ and ‘Full Throttle Tribe’).

Black Sabbath released Paranoid album i think in 1970. Hands down one of the best albums. Black Sabbath are one of the pioneer of Heavy Metal genre along with Led Zeppelin. Now that You started Black Sabbath here are few songs you must try - The Wizard, N.I.B, Iron Man (if you are a Marvel fan, I am sure you know this song) , Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Sweet Leaf, changes, Tomorrow's Dream, Fairie's Wear Boots, and of Course Heaven and Hell. The drummer was Bill Ward, Ozzy on Vocal, Butler on base, one and only Tony Iommi on Guitar. Tony lost couple of finger tips in work accident and thought he would never play guitar again. But he invented his own tool, put it on the fingers and went to form Black Sabbath. However, now that you started Black Sabbath, But have to react to LED ZEPPELIN. here are few songs for you to try since Led Zeppelins Catalog ridiculously amazing. Dazed and confused, The Ocean, Fool in the Rain, The Wanton Song, Nobody's fault but mine, Black dog, Custard Pie, Immigrant Song (if you are a Marvel fan, I am sure you know this song),Rock N Roll, The Rover, What is and what should never be,The battle of evermore, You Shook me, STAIRWAY to HEAVEN (one of the most played rock song on radio), Ten Years Gone, Heartbreaker, Kashmir, Ramble On, When the Levee Breaks. I know its alot and i am being stingy.

This song was about the Vietnam war. War is always relevant sadly, especially in the US. Black Sabbath is regarded as the original metal band. They were the band that gave the metal genre the "satan music" stigma that still exists today. When people that don't listen to metal hear someone talk about it, they picture some demonic screaming or something crazy. This is where it all began. This album is 50 years old....aged like wine. 6:00 And yes, you got it (I know many people disagree): the lyrics and probably much of the music :))) was written by specially educated and trained people - not the band. The same way they do in educational system and mass media... The problem with the music is that people tend to listen to music too much instead of becoming conceptually powerful and resolving real life problems. Because the power is not a p-Resident or a gun. The power is the ability to manage the process in practice. And the process of management is the process of spreading the information.
