Loved my visit to edzell castle in 2018. Not many visitors when my daughters and I went. We had the place to ourselves. And being a “whiskey” cook, I absolutely imagine the time spent by prior cooks in the castle kitchens. In all of the castles I have visited on my many trips to Scotland, I always seek out the kitchens n bakery. Thanks for the revisit. Lovely tour

Had to watch the video again. Missed my vacation to Scotland these last 2 years due to some bat flying around. Favorite castle is tantallon, because it was the first and I was awestruck by the sheer size. Had to go back again the following year to visit .. second is caerlaverock, I think it was the design, also going into the woods behind it to see an older foundation. Third is dumbarton because of the strategic place of it and my imagination seeing the Viking ships in the harbor from the top of the castle. Was a tough climb with me using a cane. Loved the video

One of the tastiest places we enjoyed food at was a place called 2 fat ladies In Glasgow. One more place that was outstanding due to the story of the Crown Jewels being secreted away is dunnotar castle

Brilliant video Frankie. That was a great tour and your commentary was spot on. So wee Mary Queen of Scots was a Beatles fan? "Let It Be" would be her favorite. "Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, don't cut ma heed aff, don't cut it aff". You ever notice that all the depictions of people on those placks have wee totey legs. LOL.
