Join his yoga classes.... he's too good.... I have been doing online yoga with him since April..how I have benefited..let me tell you 1. my asthma has improved.... I have used my puff only twice in 4 months... otherwise I had to use it almost everyday. 2. I have reduced my weight by 5 kgs, following only around 50% of the instructions told in this video. 3. My HBA1c has gone down from 6.2 to 5.8 in 3 months...

I’m your Habuild yoga member. Fantastic 10 hints. Actually intermittent fasting, eating nuts, I mean good fat, good sleep, everything helping me. Even bcoz of wt loss, good energy even ortho surgeons told me no need of kneejoint surgery. Bcoz of wt loss I’m able to walk better. I’m still loosing wt gradually. Thank u Sourabhji. 🎉 you are so many yrs younger to me , may be my Sons agre, dpoing a great job, May God bless you my child. I’m little bit irregular to your Yoga class bcoz of my personal reasons.

Saurabh you explained very well..I being a Senior Pediatrician coming frm a Diabetic fly..Taken care frm Age 10yrs as my Mum was a Senior Asst Matron in KEM in the 60s..The Diabetic dept was 1st founded there I'm Mumbai.. We 3 children were tested with GTC tests and we're high.. My mum was warned n told to reduce our sugar intake at age 10..which she did for us. So Prevention is better than cure.. Keep up the good work Saurabh..My son frm Dubai too has joined Habuild on my recommendation..

I am so happy I am doing all those things you told. And at present I am not on any tablet and diabetes is at normal range. Only thing I go to bed bit late, but have very deep sleep. But to wake-up for my yoga at 3.30 am to join your session at 4. So not enough hours of sleep. But given chance I can compancate it in the day time. I am energetic whole day. One more problem go out a lot and have frequent holidays where watching my diet is not easy. But over all happy person. Thanks. 🙏

Hack 1: Eat foods in the right order The right order to eat our food in to minimize a meal’s glucose spike is: 1) Fiber, 2) Protein and fats, 3) Starches and sugars. Hack 2: Veggie starters . Veggie starters reduce the glucose spike of the meal that follows them. The objective is for the veggie starter to make up about 30% of the meal. Hack 3: Stop counting calories Counting calories doesn’t necessarily improve health outcomes. And not all calories are equal: calories derived from fructose are more detrimental than those from glucose Hack 4: Savoury breakfast. A savoury breakfast is composed of protein (the centerpiece), fat, fiber (if possible), optional starches, and nothing sweet except optional whole fruit (just for taste). Hack 5: Have any type of sugar, they’re all the same All sugar is made of glucose and fructose. They all have the same impact on our body, so have the one you prefer. Hack 6: Pick dessert over a sweet snack If we want to eat something sweet, it’s better for our glucose to have it as dessert after a meal than as a snack between meals. Hack 7: Vinegar. Vinegar can be taken as 1 tablespoon in a tall glass of water (with a straw), or as a salad dressing, ideally up to 20 minutes before a meal. This reduces the spike of your meal by up to 30%. Hack 8: After you eat, move. After your meals, when you can, use your muscles for 10 minutes to reduce the glucose spike of the meal. Examples: walking, tidying your house, doing calf raises, etc. Hack 9: If you have to snack, go savoury. Sweet snacks give us pleasure, savoury snacks give us energy. Savoury snacks include proteins, healthy fats, and fiber. Hack 10: Put “clothes” on your carbs. Putting “clothes” on our carbs means adding protein, fat, or fiber to starches and sugars. This reduces the speed of glucose absorption in our body.

1. Raagi, Jowar Porridge is really good 2. flax seeds and chia seeds are good. 3. Keep an eye on your fruits intake too as some of the fruits like Banana, Grapes, Pineapple, Mango etc have very high Glycamic Index 4.enjoy peanuts, walnuts, almonds, 1 date, 4=5 kishmish. 5.Try to eat your dinner by 1930. 6. Do walk for 20mins, and strech out after hours of dinner you will see excellent results. All the best, stay healthy, be mentally fit as 95% problems emerge from anxiety, stress, anger, grief, sorrow, Jealousy.

I have two questions - 1. For intermittent fasting - does fasting include even having morning chai? For example if my last meal is at 7 and then I have my morning chai at 6 and breakfast at 8 - would that count as 11 hours fasting or 13 hours? 2. Also for in-between meals - does that include chaas or buttermilk or green tea? It isn't really snacks but still it is some kind of food intake
