Insightful content for freelance beginners like me. Keep up the good work. It will be great if you can also post content on a beginner freelancer perspective (who starts looking for first client). Why I particularly mean this is because, I personally got motivated to start with freelancing by watching your contents and things which you share about your freelance experience. So I assume and believe that there might be a set of audience who might fall under the category like me, that’s the reason for requesting content on this topic.

I find the hardest is trying to submit the application that has many questions you have to answer and you are writing a cover letter tailored to the post. By the time I have answered it is already 20 minutes later and 50 + people have applied. How would I go about facing this problem? Would it be better to have a template that you can recycle? and just make a quick change when applying?

It shouldn't be 20 minutes. Yes you need a template, and you make a change to the first few sentences to match the job post. For the questions, you should have everything ready. Prepare for most questions you get asked frequently, and note them in a document. Anytime someone asks those questions, just copy paste them. Don't keep thinking about the same questions again and again every-time to apply for a job post!

Should only take you a max or 2-3 minutes to respond to a job post.
