Egg fried rice recipe
INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)
2 cups cooked rice
4 cloves garlic
4 green onions/scallions/spring onions
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce (regular/light)
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Salt (only if needed as soy sauce and stock powder have salt)

SUBSTITUTES:
• No chicken stock powder?
- 1/2 tsp MSG + 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce + 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp veggie stock powder
- 1/2 tsp bouillon powder
• Want to use freshly made rice?
- Prepare slightly undercooked rice (use 1/4 cup less water than usual)
- Spread the hot rice on a plate to let it cool
- Use only once the rice has completely cooled

TIPS:
• Make sure the rice has no chunks while adding it to the pan
• If adding veggies, meat or other ingredients to the fried rice, cook them first and keep it separately. Once the eggs and rice are fried, add the cooked ingredients and proceed with the adding the sauce
• Add sliced chillies with green onions to make it extra spicy
