Egg keema is inspired from other Meat Keema dish. Keema means minced Meat. Here, Hard boiled Eggs are used, instead of Meat. This Recipe can be beat explained as minced Eggs in spicy mouth watering Masala. It is best served with Indian breads like Roti, Chapathi, Pulkha so on and so forth.
Ingredients
Oil - 3 tablespoon (2 for curry, 1 for Roasting)
Onion - 1
Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli - 3
Coriander leaves Root - 2 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 2
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - a pinch
Hard Boiled Eggs - 6 (finely Chopped/ minced)
Frozen Peas - handful
Coriander leaves - handful
Please note, once the eggs are added, keep the flames on low.
More the dish is roasted, better the flavour is.
