Egg - 4
Salt - 1/2 tsp(For Egg boiling)
Onion - 2 medium size
Tomato - 2 medium size
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 7 to 8
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
1.Boil the eggs(add salt while boiling)
2.Peel the eggs and keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Add curry leaves.
5.Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.
6.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
7.Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it softens.
8. Add salt.
9. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & garam masala powder. Mix well.
10. Add half cup water.
11. Add coriander leaves.
12. Now add sliced eggs to the masala and coat the eggs with the masala/
13. Ready to serve.
