Here we have a recipe for a delicious mango cake that is eggless, so the hardcore vegetarian members of your family can also enjoy it. This cake is perfect for all occasions and celebrations, and the delicate flavor of mango will make it worth making it this season.
Ingredients:-
Milk - 1/4 cup
Vinegar/lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Mango Puree - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
1 CUP = 250 ml
Method:-
Add vinegar to milk and keep it aside.
Now in a mixing bowl add oil and sugar and mix them well.
Now add mango puree and mix them too.
Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix them with the wet mixture via the cut and fold method.
Pour the mixture in the baking mould and bake it for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
