In this video, I cook egusi soup using tomatoes, meats, dried catfish, stockfish, kpomo cow skin and other easy to find ingredients.
We start from frying the already blended tomatoes I had preserved in the fridge, then proceed to mix the ground egusi powder with hot water using mortar and pestle.

Cooking is as easy as anything.
The tomatoes we used for this egusi soup is the leftover after we cooked our delicious tin tomatoes stew. The tomatoes blended with pepper and enough onion before cooking. We blended our canned tomatoes with onion and peppers, you can blend fresh tomatoes with onion and pepper to use.
The meat stock was gotten after cooking meats with onion, salt, seasoning cubes and pepper till soft.
