Turkish Kebab
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Onion 1 small
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 3 cloves
Green chilies 1-2
Big tomato 1/2, seeds removed
Lemon with peel 1/8 piece
Green bell pepper 1/4
Yellow bell pepper 1/4
Fresh coriander handful
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Paprika powder 3/4 tbsp
Black pepper powder to taste
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tbsp
Instructions:
Oven: Bake in preheated oven at 250°C, 20 minutes on lower rod wirh fan on, and then 20 more minutes on upper and lower rod and oven door open.
Stovetop: shape into kebabs and shallow fry in oil in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
Strawberry Jelly packets 2
Boiling water 2 cups
Normal water 2 cups
Thick fresh cream 170 grams packet. Do not use whipping cream.
Pistatio powder and strawberries for decoration

Plain flour 300 grams
Instant yeast 4 grams
Sugar 30 grams
Oil 1 tbsp
Warm milk 160 ml
