Ingredients:
* milk (whole milk) 1 ltr olpers
* condensed milk homemade
* sugar 8tbsp
* 1 cup of mawa/khoya/solid milk
* olpers dairy cream
* can of cocktail
* custard powder 80gm 2 flavors vanilla and mango
* chopped nuts (pistachio, almond, ca
* 3 jelly sachet mango banana and strawberry flavor
* choco chip
* 1 mango
* fresh cherries
Instructions:
* In a pan, flame on, add olpers 1ltr milk, boil it, after boiling add 8tbsp sugar mix it well
* In a cup of milk add 2 sachets of custard powder vanila and mango flavors and make a mixture
* add this mixture into the boiling milk stir well mixture now thickened and custard is read
* in a pan add 1 cup of khoya mawa add little milk and melt on medium flame
* prepare 3 flavors of jellies one by one (in a pan add half cup of water boil water and add 80gm of
jelly powder mix it well jelly is ready shift to pot and cool it same process with other jellies.
* open the can of cocktail add in a bowl rinse water through it stain it cut mango into cubes and
mix with cocktail
* in a large serving dish add first layer of custard jelly on the sides add some cocktail fresh
cherries some dried fruits/nuts and a layer of cream, 2nd layer of custard and repeat same
procedure but here add khoya layer, repeat 3rd layer and after completing the layer garnish with
additional jellies dried fruits cocktail fresh cherries
* chill in the refrigerator until fully chilled (3-4 hours)
* pour into individual serving cups and serve cold
