This is a beautiful and peaceful Qigong routine! #3 Your arms extend until your elbows are straight. For #8, your knees remain straight and stiff as you drop all your weight through feet. Would this cause injury overtime? Would it be safer and easier for Qi to flow if joints remain soft and slightly bent. Thank you for sharing!

Is that supposed to do that?it's like gravity pulls rings through me and loops through every opening of my body and i don't want to say makes me do it but it does it for me all the movements i have done I've looked up and its real moves. I hope your read this and can help me understand how that is. thanks

How should I breathe when doing this ? Is there any guideline that I should inhale while doing this action and exhale while doing another action ? Thanks for the video anyway !
@gt3dskenau

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you inhale between the stretches. Exhale as you stretch outward. Also as you bring your arms up is inhale and arms down exhale.

@22kane45

Breathing exercise is just as important as the physical exercise. These two should be done as synchronous as you can. Breath in when you are exerting, and exhale when you are relaxing. And you should use your lower abdomen, out when inhaling, in when exhaling. Don't worry if you can't do it at first. It takes practice and coordination. I always start by putting my hands on my stomach, and push out my opu as I inhale, and push in as I exhale. Do this as long as you can. No matter what form you choose to follow, breathing is the common thread between all forms.
