Used to be my favorite song, still has a special place in my heart, but man. I used to listen to the one Einsturzende Neubauten album I had just to get to this song, and if I wanted to hear it again, I listened to the entire album again. Amazing work. I love his howl.

You're so right. If ANYBODY in '80's rock'n'roll deserved to be thought of as a golden god, it was Blixa Bargeld. Only, I don't think anyone DID think of him as a golden god, back then. He certainly wasn't marketed as a heartthrob, though he could have been, if he'd wanted to be. An industrial-rock heartthrob, now there's a vivid thought...
