Sweet Baby Ray! Just cooked my first rack in the PBJ, and they turned out fantastic. The day was both cold-ish (35F) and very windy, so the cook took a bit longer than yours. I sauced my section of the rack with Stubbs original, my wife and son's section with SBR, and put them back in for another 20 minutes to caramelize the sauces. Both were delicious. I didn't cut the rack in half, and it was long enough that the bottom rib touched the coals at first, so I replaced the hook under the fifth rib. Next up is a chicken or capon, and I'll try your suggestion to crack the lid at the end to crispen up the skin.

I feel like this will compliment my weber smokey joe quite well. I could fit them both in my car, and go car camping.

Good review first person to not use wood chips/chunks as the makers recommend I've seen on da toooob. You convinced me I'm ordering one.

Yeah, you don't really need extra wood chunks. I have since this video used them and they don't add all that much. I have used royal oak lump charcoal and that kicks things up a notch flavor-wise, although it's not a consistently even of a cook as briquettes. I think you'll enjoy it!

shumardi1 yeah I've done many cooks for my small family and in-laws with this thing! So unless you are cooking for more than six often, this cooker will do you good. Love how good the food tastes!

To cook chicken put only one rebar in, that will bring up the temp.

Do you have a cover for storing it outside, or do you think it's fine to just leave alone?
@RedCowEntertainment

Keith Sadeck its porcelain coated so I'm sure if you left it alone, it would be fine for a bit. But I'd be concerned it would rust as rain would get on the inside I think. Maybe if you kept it under some sort of roof or garage it'd be fine uncovered

I can't believe people pay $300 for a $20 50-gallon drum they put charcoal in........
