Try out this Ekadashi Special Cutlet which is a perfect snack for the fast. It has the flavour of native spices and nutrition of veggies.
Nos - 17 to 18
Ingredients :
¾ cup bhagar (or) varai (or) moraiya
1½ cup grated bottle gourd
¾ cup amarant flour (or) rajgira atta
½ cup roasted crushed peanuts
Sendha salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed ginger and chilli
Some chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp ghee
For tempering -
3 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
Some curry leaves
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Some chopped coriander leaves
