Try out this amazing Ekadashi Special sweet Potato halwa that is super delicious and creamy. It is a wonderful dish with crunchy nuts and ghee roasted flavourful ingredients.
Ingredients
½ cup ghee
1 cup water chestnut flour or singara atta
1 cup boiled grated sweet potatoes
1+½ cup warm milk
7 to 8 saffron strands soaked in ¼ cup hot milk for 2 hours
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped almonds
Garnish it with chopped pistachios and dry rose petals
