Resep Sambal Tempe Goang (untuk 2-3 porsi)
Bahan:
200 gr tempe
2 siung bawang putih
25 gr cabai rawit merah
45 gr cabai rawit hijau
1,5 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu jamur / penyedap
1 sdt garam
3-4 sdm minyak panas
Pelengkap:
Nasi
Kerupuk
Langkah:
1. Potong tempe lalu goreng hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan
2. Di dalam ulekan masukkan bawang putih, garam, kaldu jamur, dan gula kemudian haluskan
3. Masukkan cabai rawit hijau dan cabai rawit merah, haluskan
4. Panaskan minyak, tuang minyak panas ke dalam sambal, aduk rata
5. Masukkan tempe lalu hancurkan, aduk rata
6. Sambal tempe goang siap disajikan

Sambal Tempeh Goang Recipe (yield 2-3 servings)
Ingredients:
200 g tempeh
2 clove garlic
25 g red Thai chili
45 g green Thai chili
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp mushroom powder / MSG
1 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp hot oil
Others:
Rice
Crackers
Steps:
1. Slice the tempeh. Fry until browned and set aside.
2. Add garlic, salt, mushroom powder, and sugar to the stone bowl. Grind until smooth.
3. Add green and red Thai chili. Grind until smooth.
4. Heat the oil. Pour hot oil into the Sambal. Stir well.
5. Add the tempeh in and mash it. Stir well.
6. Sambal Tempeh Goang is ready to serve.
