They are so down to earth. 10 years or so ago at a show in Grand Rapids, MI, my best friend/roommate approached them to chat and they ended up coming back to our house to hang out and drink beer and shoot the shit. Just my story of how cool these two really are and aren’t too proud to hang out with us “regular” folk.

Two guys! Talent & Electronics- El Ten Eleven is a Los Angeles post-rock duo known for combining guitar/bass doubleneck or fretless bass, with heavy looping, or vamping, and the utility of an effects pedal, over acoustic or electric drumming. They have released six full-length albums, 2 EPs

That takes a lot of rhythmic precision and synergy between the 2 players to use a looper live in that way. This drummer must have a perfect metronome deep in his brain

Damn... the song spoke to my emotion... it just went through the heart and back and over and under. I'm beyond words. Their concept, their togetherness, their understanding, 12 years and more. It's too beautiful. Thanks for having them on your show and allowing them to share their songs in such an ... honest way, I guess.

You could use that skill, but I assume you would need to be in the military... close to a live combat zone. So instead, don't use it to make money and instead keep making music. Thanks, love your music guys and i'm headed to see you at the red rocks in a week... after 10 years, finally.

I've been fans of these guys since at least 2009. I owe a lot to my friend who told me to go see them when they played in my town way back then. The amount of creativity they come up with is beyond any other group I can think of. When you are a musician and see a live session like this your jaw drops when you realize what you thought was a guitar was actually a fretless bass pitch shifted up and equalized to kill the low end, just amazing stuff. Btw; whoever was the engineer on this session is extremely talented.
