Step 1
Preparation materials:
Butter 200g at room temperature
Self-raising flour 200 g
Sugar 120 g
4 egg
1 bowl of walnuts
3 bananas
A bit of cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Baking soda is less than half a teaspoon
Step 2
Preheat oven to 140 degrees
Cut the walnuts into pieces and bake for a while
Mash the bananas, add a bit of lemon juice and mix well
Whisk two egg whites until it stiffens and set aside

Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy, then add four yolks and two egg whites, one by one, until fluffy
Step 4
Sift the self-raising flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda, fold well, add in banana, walnuts and mix well, finally add in the egg whites and mix well, then pour the batter into the mold lined with parchment paper
Step 5
Bake the cake at 140 degrees for half an hour, then turn up the heat to 160 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes
Step 6
Let the cake cool before serving
