The canonical course of action of the Tarnished. Morgott doesn't even despise you, he just thinks anything you do is useless because the Erdtree has forgotten everyone, even him, the one who was born accursed and despite it, fought to defend the golden order to the extreme. He was the one to defend the capital, even managing to go toe to toe with RADAHN. He defended everyone and everything valiantly, forgoing even his name to avoid dishonoring the very order who defied his nature. He couldn't even live a proper life. His last moments were spent with his father, before the Tarnished reclaimed the rune of death, claiming Morgott's life with it, as part of the natural restored cycle of death. In all of this, not even Godfrey was angry at the Tarnished, no. It was an honorable fight, to advance an ideal that would eventually seek an end to the current state of affairs in the Lands Between. The tarnished won, but the Tarnished paid their respects to King Morgott, last of all Kings, such is its legacy.

Imagine the weapons clashing, Morgoth's cursed blade and miracle made weapons against the Ongbal's Magma blade/dragon attacks and sword sorceries. @@K40005 That’s what I love about Morgott, and Elden Ring’s combat design. Half of what Ongbal does here is positioning, he’s always attacking from spots where Morgott can’t retaliate. He knows that if he stays on Morgott’s back for example, there’s no attack possible other than the tail whip, which is why he always jumps so confidently. In Elden Ring knowledge and positioning are just as important as dodge timing. Morgott and Maliketh looked completely impossible to me, until I learned that I didn’t have to dodge everything and that in some attacks the better alternatives are to run or jump.

@multifleks
Жыл бұрын
Why only them? Let's give at least 20k HP and 2 health bars to all bosses in the game. If Malenia has, my boys also deserve that. People don't seem to understand that there is no logical reason why Morgott, Godfrey or Radahn should restore their health bars during phase change. Malenia has a reason, she basically resurrects as stronger version of herself after you leave her on the brink of death. Also Malenia might have 6k less HP than Fire Giant, but they also give you just 20k less runes for beating her than for beating Radagon/Elden Beast, which is 2-in-1 boss fight. "but also the lowest hp and poise" You should remember that Morgott, unlike Maliketh, is still a midgame boss, though the last one you will meet before progress to next stage of the game. It's still hard to poise break them because you need to land consecutive hits within a short amount of time considering that they are very fast and aggressive. Which is a real challenge for an average player, fairly speaking.
