I sort of wish I could just buy this storage setup lol. Very nice!

Thanks for sharing this! I've gone and bought the same box and copied your Plano setup. I don't have the know-how to duplicate the card storage, so I'll have to be content with rubber-bands for now. :)

Very cool, I love coming up with innovative board game storage (as you have probably seen in some of my videos) I am currently working on some token storage for Betrayal in the house on the hill.

Hey, like your solution. Can you upload your CARD DIVIDER template to Board Game Geek? I like those and would like to just print yours instead of creating my own. Thanks!

Well done. Any links for more details on how you made the 'card stock' inserts?

I'm well aware this video is 8 years old and you seem to have left youtube but do you think you could track down links to the products you used? This whole thing looks amazing and I'd love to recreate it exactly.

Beautiful! If I were you... I'd set-up as a consultancy company to advise board game manufacturers on how they build their game boxes!

Wow. That has to be the most impressive storage solution I've seen yet for this game. I bet that cuts start up time by at least 50%.... I guess the release of Mountains of Madness was kinda' literal for you eh? ^ ^

What did you use to make the cardstock inserts? I use craft glue with foamcore but the foamcore is too thick to fit with this plano box and sleeved cards, but the cardstock seems like it might be too thin for the glue to get a solid hold

The Bearclaw It's poster board card stock glued with PVA, it's a really strong bond once it goes off!

I want to buy these games for family game night, we have a bunch of monopoly, Risk, Clue, card games, stuff like that. I think we are ready for bigger challenges. None of the games we have so many pieces that storage was a problem but if we start with games like this, I don't want dealing with set up and clean up to be so aggravating that no one will want to play. How do you get started with the storage solutions, where do you buy the elements of the organizers, how do you cut and assemble the pieces, how do you print and prepare the dividers? I am a retired teacher so I have things like a laminating machine and card stock but I have never seen that black foam core before. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

+Candide Thirtythree Thanks for watching. I generally start with finding a box that will fit inside the game box that will also fit the tokens and smaller components (fishing tackle shop is good for these). Once I have a suitable box, I put the other components in the box (around the token box) to see how well everything else will fit. The black foam core is readily available in any hobby store and is easy to cut and glue together with PVA or other hobby glue and I just really make up the designs as I go. I like to separate the cards with the home made dividers using an appropriately sized grid on Word and suing a font that fits the theme of the game. Hope that helps a bit?

Try "Arkham Horror" The LCG. It is a lot faster to set up, a lot faster to play and has more role playing elements.

Very nice, but I'm curious... do you re-insert the gates/monsters/protagonists in the stands every time you play? Won't that wear down the cardboard?
@cruorangelussilicis

I do re-insert the cardboard pieces and they don't degrade as much as you'd think if you put them back in the same place as before!

I use Word to make a table that is the correct size for the cards, get as many as I can on a page, add the titles and print then out on thick card and laminate them!
