For Eggs:
2 large eggs (50 g each without shell)
1/4 cup milk
Season to taste
Add toppings of choice
For the farro:
1:1 ratio farro to liquid by volume.
1 cup farro
1 cup water (or broth)
60 to 90 ml (2-3 itaki cups) of water in base. Press on or "Meal/rice".
Fresh vegetables will yield a more runny omelette.
Sautéed vegetables might be a better bet!
The cheese omelette set solid without being watery.
