This might be a silly question, but what determines the poles of an electromagnet? For that matter, what determines the poles of a REGULAR Magnet? 😂

Well, electromagnets are simple. Simply the direction of the current determines the north/south configuration of the magnet. Natural magnets are much more difficult to explain in a comment. It involves unpaired electrons and deserves it's own video. Hope this helps. :)

Maglev trains are great. But I wish they had a sound generator to replicate the clunk-clunk every time you go over another section of track. Also, I miss Eliana. I hope you can find a way to Zoom her in. Otherwise, I may never really understand the explanations!
