A demo of the Elektronika MK-61, a Soviet calculator from 1983 which was inspired by earlier HP models.
In this video I talk through some of the history of the product and its functionality. I demonstrate its unique bitwise logic operations, keystroke programming and show an example of synthetic programming with an undocumented opcode.
