STRONG BUTTOCKS AND LEGS with DUMBBELLS with this Strength training for the lower body 💯
In today's routine we are going to work mainly on Muscular Strength with some Cardio sequence to give it a touch of dynamism. Training structure 45” active-20” rest.
We are going to train Legs and Glutes from different angles to engage all the muscles that form them. We will also do it with Compound Exercises, which are those movements that involve more than one muscle group and that make the training more complete, more useful and more intense.
I am going to use 5 kilo dumbbells in each hand. You can match my weight, raise it or lower it depending on your physical condition at the moment. The routine does have jumps in its cardiovascular part but I will leave you the option without jumps so that this is not an impediment to enjoying this super Strength work.
