As a CrossFit guy who got bit by the triathlon bug, I really enjoyed watching this. Also shooting for sub-5 hours in my second 70.3, so I was stoked to see you PR. But mostly just loved seeing how much fun you had doing it.

Took me a long long time to step up and do a 70.3 because of the swim just like you said. Now I've done it I'm like why did I wait so long to step up to 70.3. I'm not fast but I just get it done. Took me just over 7 hours to finish my first 70.3 but I did it. Mind over matter

@@truth-Hurts375 never said I was in the same league. I was making point about people who always say oh I can't do a Triathlon because of the swim.

First part of the video: look at my clean (sponsored ?) trisuit, look at my costly bike, look at my developped and cutted muscles, look at me and my beautiful wife while we strike the pose during a photo shot... and hear me talk to you about how good I am at every discipline of triathlon (even if I don't train much for it, even if my experience is limited... and even if I am god so I don't need to do specific intensities because, well, you know, us crossfitters are so good at everything that specific work for a particular sport would be a loss of time and potential results !), hear me tell you how I am ready to be in race mode and kick some asses when the gun will let me show you how great I can be... Then, somewhere in the middle of the video, very briefly, some images of... nothing spectacular at all. Ok we have to admit that it is above average, that's for sure, but it is far from what the pretentious and look at me claims were before. I am generaly not into writing so negative comments like this one, but here we have to say out loud the obvious: the word to sum it all up could be superficial. It is all about the image instead of the true and real substance. It asks respect for the guy and does'nt give much respect for the 70.3 itself or for some of the top contenders in that race. At least, that is what the guy lets us think. Maybe the girl is more humble. Anyway, sorry but for tonight I have a video from Lionel Sanders to watch before going to bed (and that means I will go to it right now without having the time to suscribe here !) I'll watch the video of your shot at a full Ironman in 2 years, when you'll have more than 1000 hours of triathlon training under your belt and on a used bike and scratched swinsuit show some fears of failure (or honesty about your level).
