I had the pleasure of having Sumi be my coach for over 6 years. I wasn't going for powerlifting so much as just getting into a better shape than round. By the end I had lost 40lbs, dropped body fat by half, stronger than I had been since my 20s and had a better quality of life. She is phenomenal and Lyle has been a huge part of that as well. If you get a chance to work with either of them do it. You won't regret it.

Utopic symbiosis. It's what every athlete dreams of with a coach.

I’d love to hear a podcast or a bit more about “donkey” work and accessory work
