His talent, presence, and charisma could transform even the most negligible song or goofy movie (for which he was THE highest paid actor of his era!) into a treasured part of an incomparable legacy, treasured by hundreds of millions. And he makes new fans every day- just go watch any KZitem ''reaction'' video, where today's youngsters almost have seizures at the sight of him. The young people (fed on the bland pap of today's corporate regurgitations) are in disbelief that a man could just walk out (no lasers, ''smoke n' mirrors'', or gadgets to correct bad pitch), and knock out whole stadiums full people, with just sheer TALENT (well, yeah, he was a good lookin' son of a gun, too!). THIS guy isn't going anywhere. He's still going to be THE King, a hundred years from now, watcha wanna bet! Those of us who grew up on him, were mighty lucky.
