Yea I think his is his humiliation ritual and it’s based off the true story of his life being a slave to tbe Illuminati. I bet there’s a lot of clues within the dialogue. Will know black people are fed up with slave movies, directors know this genre of movie is over played out. Quite ironic that this movie comes out the years of his humiliation with his marriage and what happens at the Oscar’s. I think wil wanted out of Illuminati and that’s when he joined instagram and tried to spread love and light and for a minute everyone loves him and will was literally the most perfect person on instagram, he could do no wrong. Then all the sudden jada wants him on red table talk and the humiliation ritual began. Jada is his handler, that ain’t a marriage of love. They ain’t like how he was spreading love and free thinking on instagram to the public so showed him who’s boss right quick. Also, movies now a days are made in less than a month so it’s definitely possible this movie was forced on him to humiliate. Also why would production companies or directors release a movie with his name on it during the turmoil where fans were aghast him. This is becaue tbey ain’t care for it to be successful. Just to show him as a slave that ran aawy but came back to fight in the elites war, essentially still pawn on the board.

Went to IMDB to write a review, a lot of folks spent time complaining about the video color scheme that was selected, stating it was a poor choice. I had no problem with it what so ever. It was different. And provided a different experience. Will Smith does indeed do an excellent job in this film. The writers could definitely improved in certain areas. I'm half way finished with the film... I only have one thing that was a problem for me: There is a considerable amount of time focusing on one of the antagonist that chases the 'runners', - focusing on his cruelty, history, relentlessness of chasing the runners, it's quite the build up- only to then leave the audience feeling totally cheated by the way this character goes out. I feel many of us without any writing experience at all, could of wrote a better plot for his demise. I have never been able to understand this in other films either. The audience wants justice. They don't want to leave feeling cheated or how unfair. Anyways that's my two cents. God bless.

Wish this film had another lead actor. My opinion of Smith has been forever tarnished. Sorry not sorry.

The real issue is his behavior completely changed the way people look at him now. He has always played strong masculine roles that young men and women could look up to and that strong men and women could relate too. Now it’s just difficult to see those same characters in him when we know on the inside that is not his character.
